7Kv.2 makes room for the e3.6

As of today, the 7Kv.2 subwoofer will be removed from the website.  This is in anticipation for the e3.6 subwoofer to start shipping next week. The website should be updated early next week with production pictures.  More information after the break…

e3.6 = 7Kv.2 / Eu-700 platform. Modifications aplenty.

e3.6 - Rolled into production as 7Kv.2 sells out.

  • Comex cone.
  • Under basket venting.
  • Same Parameters / Performance.
  • Increased Clearance (under spider / cone).
  • D2 & D4 models will continue shipping (.22 + .44 Designations).
  • Smaller overall diameter.
  • New rear motor venting.

e3.6 Subwoofer pictures : Please note gasket is not pictured but will be cosmetically identical to other e3 / e5 lines.

Look for pre-production e9.65i and e3.8’s to start shipping Friday into early next week.

Excellent news, I have been waiting foir these for a while.
When will they be availlable in the UK?? If not for a while will there be an option for importing them?
Keep up the good work guys!

That’s a good question. We’d like to sell them there but no word from the seller in the UK about his future plans this year. If he doesn’t stock them we’ll ship them from here ;)

    One word…sexy!

Will these be available in Australia?

  6. Alex Lindeman Says:

We do not have an AU distributor for speakers, but we can ship to your location via FedEx International Economy.

Please feel free to shoot us an email with your address for a quote.

    Thank you.

Can someone send me the freq response graph on one of these? Would love to see what the top end looks like.

  8. Alex Lindeman Says:

    Hello Patrick,

These little guys really arent suggested for use in a two way.

We typically do not suggest using them any higher than 200-250hz if used in a three way application.
