The Wall That EFS Built was last weekends production minus about 20 cabinets.

Some small factoids.

There are 110 HT cabinets in production right now in the building.

There are 53 drivers just come out of assembly going right into said cabinets.

A2-300’s are getting built 40 at a time. If your JBL this is a joke. If your us. It’s a big deal.

There was a post on AVS regarding some progress so I figure I’d throw this out there.

Since payroll was this week it wasn’t too tough to notice how many hundreds of hours have actually gone into the paint room, wood shop, assembly, and shipping of HT goods built here over the past few weeks. We’re working like crazy on your stuff. There’s very little down time here.

Again. This is a joke if your JBL or likely any number of people. To us. That’s a big deal.

Also.

These things may not be perfectly representative of what has happened in the past but there is a new manager and doing things differently.

New A7-450. Still not online. We’ve sold the entire first production. Waiting until we can support more to throw them up.

A5-350’s. Taken down due to parts. We’re out of amps. We don’t want to get stuck in a massive back order on amps. This won’t effect any current orders or otherwise. We expect this to last about 30 days or so.

A7 Cabinets that aren’t A7-450’s still shipping normally. Solid production run of 15’s and 18’s going on at the end of the week.

A2 Cabinets. Parts have been overnighted from wherever necessary to continue production goes smoothly. We’re up on cabinets and ahead of orders on A2 and A3 cabinets.

I would also like to note the following.

- We’ve added a full paint day to production.
- Some parts changes internally have allowed us to increase assembly speed considerably.
- We got some new OEM projects for cabinets. This is good.
- We stopped using CD’s or iPods at the office. We now use Pandora. It’s on the one stereo in the warehouse/office. We like it.
- Brett made lasagna for everyone at the shop last night. Was darn good. Thanks Brett!
